CSP Nonce Generator
Creates cryptographically random values of a chosen byte length, returning Base64 nonces and example CSP/script usage. Production nonces must be generated per HTTP response on the server and attached to tags in that response.
Input and output are not stored. The optional usage counter keeps only tool identity and count, never content.
Output comes from disclosed rules or browser APIs and needs independent review before high-impact use.
